Seem good quality, I received 26 bolts, 28 nuts and 27 washers and this was good as I needed 24 for the bench slats and another 2 to go through each leg for a support bracket. I had no thread issues but the gripping square underneath the head lost its grip in the wood slats a bit to easily and started to turn but that is probably due to the wood used rather than the bolts. Only time out in the rain will confirm the quality but I am hopeful they wont rust over time.
