    Excellent Aerobics Stepper

    Simple two level stepper. I needed two to get on my static bike following hip surgery. They were perfect. As my hip has got better I have used them as an stepper as well. I would recommend this product.

    A very good value exercise step.

    I have been using this for a month or so now and as a piece of kit for home exercise kit this is both robust and, at the price I paid, good value for money. I would certainly buy again should the need arise.

    I bought this step to help my mother (95)

    I bought this step to help my mother (95) but not for exercising. I wanted it to help her to get in and out of my people carrier. I wanted it to raise her up a few inches and then swing down onto the seat. Because her legs are not strong she can't stand on a (narrow) fold up step but this one provides a firm footing where she can get both feet onto the step. It works and she is delighted. It makes it easier and safer for her to get in and out and she looks forward to going out in my car.

    Just what I needed.

    Bought this to aid my physio exercises after hip replacement. It is brilliant. Very strong and sturdy and I don't feel like I'm going to slip off at all. Clever design as the extender step is stored under the main unit until needed. Very pleased with the quality of the item and the price was excellent too. Can't comment on speed of delivery because I ordered over the period between Christmas and new year when all deliveries can be a bit delayed. Generally very pleased with my purchase though.
