So pleased with this remote. It is must better than the original and unreliable Dimplex one. This one is metal, I guess aluminium, it's bigger so easier to use and find! and works perfectly. Excellent advice, help and communication from Alan of Remote-Masters. Definitely recommend this remote, it a 100 x better. Excellent service all round and would have no hesitation in recommending Remote-Masters. Definitely added to my saved sellers.
