Seller was a nightmare to deal with. Admitted they hadn’t packed item properly, hence it broke in transit. Then said it left in perfect condition! Yes I’m sure it did, just a shame not packaged properly!!! Offered partial refund, which I accepted, then tried to refund a smaller amount! Avoid this seller!!!! Terrible experience. If I could give seller no stars I would.

I said I would refund you £9.50 which is what I received from eBay, you refused so I asked you to go through ebays refund procedure, which you did not sure what the problem is, you still have more than half the item and it left here in perfect condition
