Good communication with seller when bidding. But I’m very disappointed with feeder. Soo difficult to fill as feed comes out of port hole when upside down and then even more comes out onto ground when turn back up the right way! This is really bad design from manufacturers- I now see many similar comments. What a disappointment- I’ve had many feeders over years and never one that’s so badly designed. Can’t see me using this for long as fiddly and seed wasteful. No marks for Chapelwood😩

Birds feed from all other feeders but not this one.🤷🏻‍♀️. Same food as well, feeding holes half way up so any food below that unattainable so wasted. Would not recommend.

Badly designed bird feeder.
Why would anyone design a bird feeder that refills from underneath. The mind bogles when you have to turn it upside down then loose half the seed through the feeding holes when turning right way up. Ended up in the rubbish where it belongs.
