We received a box of these rolls, half the box was unusable due to the core of the rolls not being smooth, therefore we could not put the handle on the roll to wrap goods.
Contacted them, extremely disappointed with the 10% refund they offered first. They then changed it to 15% and would not refund anymore due to 'using half the box'. At the very least you could have sent a 50% refund. I have seen other reviews saying the same thing so seems to be a common occurrence. STAY CLEAR

I had brought a cloth airer many pieces were missing damaged & even sent with 4 of the same side & top piece was missing of airer so could not make up to even be able to use. Contacted the seller & they refused to send me a return label so that I didn't have to pay return myself for a item that had no use to me what so ever. I would avoid this seller like the plague & will never buy anything from this their shop again. Had to get eBay to intervene to sort out for me & again top rate they sorted
