Received the tin and opened it to find both of the packs of cards in it had already been opened at the bottom? This I believe is a scam as people open and look at the cards to check for value? I am hoping there is an explanation for this as this was bought as a gift. I have never had a box or tin of cards where the packs are already open. Happy to edit this if it gets sorted out.

(The only thing was the item was described as new but the packet inside had been opened.
