Full marks for the prompt dispatch and the genuine product, but then it went down hill a bit. Badly packed, it arrived open. Size of item advertised as 200 ml, which is as I require, it is however 125ml which is quite a shortfall. These things can happen in even the best run businesses. I`m not a great deal concerned, just thought you ought to know. Don Hill
