Good quality for price, took about 3 hrs for one person to assemble. Instructions are self explanatory. Had issues with a wrong carton being delivered which was frustrating but in fairness the customer service was so good and resolved without hesitation.. would recommend product and this seller... 👌 got 5 stars based on service quality..

Please believe all these reviews .absolute con company what a joke the mattress is nothing like in pictures . It came with a rip on the side .They delivered it and then I got a phone call saying it will be delivered on the 15th May because it got damaged in the warehouse !! So why deliver it , ? Knowing it was damaged .funny that the plastic packaging wasn't ripped or anything .They offered to send another mattress but I declined on 9.65 reimbursement They offered me .Avoid this shambles.

Wow. I don’t know where to start with this amazing seller. Ordered Friday arrived 7am bank holiday Monday. The king size mattress looks exactly like the picture. Had constant communication from the seller via email and phone. I haven’t got it on the bed yet, that will happen tomo but i couldn’t be more impressed. The delivery guy was outstanding. Called me when he was 15 mins away and popped it exactly where I asked him. 10/10
